A pincushion and a door

So... in attempt to get my room functionally beautiful, I decided to make a pincushion. A cupcake one!

Turns out, I'm not so skilled at sewing in 3D! hahaha! It's cute, though. And, it turns out, when you stick a few hundred pins in it...

It really doesn't matter what it looks like! Hahahaha!!

Also, I made a curtain door for my little storage room - you know to keep certain little monkeys out...

I love how it came out! This fabric is one of my current favorites, and I just love how my circle string things came out! Yay!!

Both projects are lovely. I like the butterfly in your WIP Wed block. I need to do something small so I can feel like I do anything. To every thing a season, I suppose. This is the season of dirty floors for me.

LOL at your comments about the pincushion! You can never have too many pincushions! Love that curtain door, it's adorable. Might be inviting for those little monkeys!

Cute pincushion. I still haven't ever made one of those. Yours is very cute though, might make me want to make one. Love your curtain, too. Hope it keeps the monkeys out!
